Don’t bother denying it, you’ve been trying to dress like Blair and Serena for months now. Well, your days of attempting to make $50 dresses look like Chanel are over, courtesy of Anna Sui. The quirky chic designer has just released images of her Gossip Girl-inspired collection for Target and we’re definitely getting the appropriate level of Blair vibes from the dress all the way on the left. Check out the whole collection here before it launches September 13.

BBC NEWS | Disabled woman sues Abercrombie & Fitch

Riam Dean, a 22-year-old law student claims clothing firm Abercrombie & Fitch made her work in the stockroom because her prosthetic arm did not fit the shop’s image. Miss Dean, who was born with her left forearm missing and wears a prosthetic arm, said she was granted special permission to wear a cardigan to cover the join in her arm. She was later removed from the shop floor and made to work in the stockroom because the cardigan did not adhere to the strict dress code.

Fuck them, I hope she wins her case. It’s been my personal experience that Abercrombie is hyper-obsessed with the appearance of their employees. I know nothing about UK disability law but I can only assume that there are provisions in place to allow workers with disabilities “reasonable accommodations” on the job, in the same way the American’s With Disabilities Act does here in the US. I think that asking to wear a fucking cardigan is a reasonable enough request.
